Submit Your Questions about the SEVP Response Center by Feb. 14

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) invites designated school officials to submit questions about the SEVP Response Center (SRC) to SEVPOutreach@ice.dhs.gov by Feb. 14, 2018.

SEVP representatives will answer these pre-submitted questions during the SEVP Ask the Experts Webinar: Get to Know the SEVP Response Center on Feb. 28, 2018, from 2 to 3 p.m. EST.

The webinar will take an in-depth look at the organization, duties and responsibilities of the SRC. In addition, SRC representatives will discuss recent changes to the correction requests process, planned enhancements and best practices for stakeholders contacting the SRC with questions.

Please note that SEVP presenters will not answer questions that are case specific or about Student and Exchange Visitor Information System technical functionality during the webinar.
