The Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) is a web-based system that maintains information about F-1 and M-1 students, their F-2 and M-2 dependents, Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified schools and principal and designated school officials (P/DSOs). SEVP supports and manages the SEVIS database.

The SEVIS Help Hub is the central location for information about using SEVIS to maintain school and student records.
