The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) is hosting a webinar in September! The webinar, SEVP Ask the Experts Webinar: SEVP Portal Follow-up, will take place from 2 to 3:30 pm EDT on Wednesday, Sept. 25. 

The SEVP Portal is an important tool that lets F-1 students on post-completion optional practical training (OPT) and M-1 students participating in practical training meet their legal reporting requirements. During this webinar, presenters will discuss hot topics related to the SEVP Portal, including:

• Recent and upcoming portal enhancements;
• Student and Exchange Visitor Information System interface with the portal;
• Frequently asked questions about the portal; and
• Portal resources available to designated school officials (DSOs) and students on Study in the States.

During the webinar, representatives will respond to both pre-submitted and live stakeholder questions about the SEVP Portal. To submit a question, email SEVPOutreach@ice.dhs.gov by Aug. 19, 2019. Please note that SEVP representatives will not respond to questions that are off topic or case specific.

This webinar is intended for DSOs at SEVP-certified schools that have students who use the SEVP Portal and those interested in the portal.
