From F-1 Student to SEVP Field Representative: An Interview with Inessa Stepanenko

Inessa Stepanenko originally came to the United States as an F-1 student from Russia to attend Schreiner College, a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified school in Texas. Nearly 20 years later, she now serves as the school’s SEVP field representative
 
Ms. Stepanenko was interviewed for the latest edition of the SEVP Spotlight, where she shares her unique story and perspective on supporting SEVP’s mission as one of its field representatives who help schools better understand the program and comply with the nonimmigrant student process.
