Join SEVP on Feb. 28 to Learn About Campus Emergency Planning
On Feb. 28, 2017, from 2 to 3 p.m. EST, the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) will host the SEVP Ask the Experts Webinar: Campus Emergency Planning and the International Student Community.
SEVP will host the webinar in partnership with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Academic Engagement (OAE). Designated school officials (DSOs) and other school staff members who work with international students or on campus emergency planning are invited to participate.
During the live webinar, presenters from SEVP and DHS’s OAE will:
- Discuss the importance of campus emergency planning.
- Share special considerations for institutions with international students.
- Provide resources for DSOs.
- Answer live and pre-submitted stakeholder questions.
