Beginning Feb. 24, 2016, the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) Response Center (SRC) will close on Wednesdays from 12:50 to 1:20 p.m. ET for system maintenance and testing. The SRC will resume normal operations each Wednesday after 1:20 p.m. ET.

For more information about the normal operating schedule for the SRC, please visit the Contact Us page.  The SRC also encourages students and school officials to email questions directly to SEVP and to use Study in the States for answers to general SEVP-related questions or Student and Exchange Visitor Information System-related technical questions.
