DSOs: Visit the New SEVIS Help Hub!

May 28, 2015

Interested in Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) resources to help maintain your school and student records? Have SEVIS enhancement-related questions? Check out the new SEVIS Help Hub on Study in the States.

The SEVIS Help Hub is a new Study in the States tool that serves as a central location for SEVIS information. Specifically designed for designated school officials (DSOs), the SEVIS Help Hub features SEVIS-related materials including user guides, fact sheets, job aids and answers to some of the most frequently asked DSO questions. There is also information about upcoming releases and webinars to assist DSOs with their SEVIS reporting requirements.

The SEVIS Help Hub has its own search function that allows you to search for SEVIS-only information and is accessible from any page on Study in the States. Simply hover over the Tools bar in the upper right side of your screen and select the SEVIS Help Hub.

Just like other Study in the States content, you are able to translate information from the SEVIS Help Hub into 90 different languages.

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program will continue to enhance and expand the depth of content and resources available via the SEVIS Help Hub through regular updates. However, in order to ensure we get you the resources you need, we need your feedback!

Please email your comments and suggestions on how to help make the SEVIS Help Hub an increasingly useful tool for DSOs to SEVPCommunications@ice.dhs.gov.
