SEVP Works to Provide Timely Response Center Service

On Nov. 3 2014, the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) Response Center and Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) Help Desk merged to enhance professional courtesy and better address questions from SEVP stakeholders. SEVP is fully committed to answering stakeholder questions and appreciates your patience during the SEVP Response Center and SEVIS Help Desk transition.
 
During the past month, SEVP has experienced a higher than normal call volume and stakeholders may have faced extended wait times because of the response center merge. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to optimize our central response center and work to provide timelier customer service. 
 
The contact information for the SEVP Response Center and Help Desk remains the same. To contact the SEVP Response Center for general SEVP-related questions or SEVIS-related technical questions, please call 703-603-3400 or 1-800-892-4829 between the hours of 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. You can also email SEVP@ice.dhs.gov with your questions and comments.
