SEVP Response Center Temporary System Shutdown

Due to a planned electrical system outage, the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) Response Center will be unable to receive or respond to any stakeholder inquiries via phone or email beginning Friday, Dec. 12, at 6 p.m. through Monday, Dec. 15, at 4 a.m. EST. During this time, please use the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and the Study in the States and ICE.gov websites as a resource to answer your questions. Our normal operating hours will resume Monday, Dec. 15, at 7 a.m. EST. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this system outage.
