Print Your I-901 SEVIS Fee Receipt

August 2, 2013

After you receive acceptance to a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified school, you have specific requirements you must meet:

Starting July 31, 2013, SEVP will no longer mail the Form I-797C, “Notice of Action,” as a receipt for paying the I-901 SEVIS fee. You are responsible for printing the receipt on your own.

You can pay the fee and print your receipt at FMJfee.com. You must do this before you apply for a visa with the U.S. Department of State. Keep your print out as a record that you paid the fee. Bring this receipt with you to your visa appointment  and when you travel to the United States.

If you have questions about paying the fee or about the new process, please call the SEVP Response Center at 703-603-3400. You can also e-mail the I-901 Case Resolution Unit at fmjfee.sevis@ice.dhs.gov.
