Stay Up to Date on International Student News

July 12, 2017

Students and school officials can stay up to date with the latest news surrounding international students and the international student process by visiting Study in the States’ social media page, Get Social with Study in the States. This page features recent Twitter and Facebook posts from Study in the States and our partners in the international education community.

Social media allows students and school officials to stay connected with Study in the States, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and other government agencies involved in the international student life cycle.

We encourage you to Get Social with Study in the States by liking us on Facebook and following us on Twitter. If you are a designated school official (DSO), make sure to also connect with SEVP on LinkedIn for updates specific to your role as a DSO.

Remember that if you use the #StudyintheStates hashtag, there is a chance you may be featured on the social media page. If you are interested in more information about who to follow for social media updates relevant to international students, check out these government partner social media accounts.
